DRIVER-GUIDE FRANCE
At Driver-Guide France, we want all our customers to be satisfied. That’s why we’ve set out our general terms and conditions, so that whether you’re looking for a private driver for custom tours for individuals or small groups in Paris, or a chauffeur driven car in Le Havre, you know what to expect.
Our prices include:
Transport in an air-conditioned vehicle for up to 8 people (prices on request for vehicles to carry up to 13 passengers,) the services of a private driver / qualified tourist guide, guide refreshments, fuel, car parking and road tolls, the audio guide at Versailles.
Our prices do not include:
Entry charges to museums and monuments, reservation charges (Versailles excepted), meals and personal expenses, the audio guide at the Louvre / Orsay museums.
How to book:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 15% deposit. This may be paid using our Online Payment link (website top-menu link)
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your reservation:
- Less than a month before the departure: 10 %
- Less than 2 weeks before the departure: 20%
- Less than a week before the departure: 30 %
- Less than 72 Hrs before departure day: 40 %
- Less than 48 Hrs before departure day: 50 %
- The same day: 100 %
N.B: In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the date of the tour, entrance tickets to the Louvre museum and the palace & Estate of Versailles are not refundable!
